Today, Orion Pictures confirmed the news that William Sadler will indeed return to Bill & Ted 3 to reprise his role as Death.
Sadler first portrayed Death in Bill & Ted’s Bogus Journey. As we know, Keanu Reeves and Alex Winter are both back to play Bill & Ted in the highly anticipated third installment of the franchise.
Original creators Chris Matheson & Ed Solomon are back and will pen the script with Dean Parisot on board to direct. Scott Kroopf, Alex Lebovici and Steve Ponce will produce the film. Steven Soderbergh, Scott Fischer, John Ryan Jr. and John Santilli will serve as executive producer.
The film is scheduled for release 21st August 2020.
