Sony’s UFO drama ‘Rendlesham’ in the works

Here in the UK, we have our very own ‘Roswell’ story. Back in the 80’s, there were numerous reports of unexplained lights (UFO’s) in Rendlesham, Suffolk, UK near a U.S Airforce base. The MOD basically called any further investigations off stating it wasn’t a threat and it was simply ‘lights’ not UFO’s although debuty base commander Charles I. Halt claimed he saw UFO’s.

Sony have teamed up with Eleventh Hour Film to bring us a new drama based on these events titled ‘Rendlesham.’

The drama is to be written by ‘Joe A’hearne‘ who is most famous for working on ‘Doctor Who & Ultraviolet’

Joe had this to say regarding ‘Rendlesham’:

“When Eleventh Hour Films drew my attention to this extraordinary piece of British and American history it pressed all my buttons, and I think it will do the same for a wide audience.”
