NARCOS Director Set To Direct First Episode Of Season 2 ‘The Terror’

Narcos director Josef Kubota Wladyka is on board to direct the first episode of season 2 of AMC’s anthology series The Terror Deadline reveal.

Season 2 of the Ridley Scott executive produced series is co-created by Alexander Woo of True Blood and Kong: Skull Island’s Max Borenstein.

The next iteration will be set during World War II and center on an uncanny specter that menaces a Japanese-American community from its home in Southern California to the internment camps to the war in the Pacific. The 10-episode Season 2 is expected to air on AMC in 2019.

In 1848, two real life warships, HMS Terror and HMS Erebus, sent on a Royal Naval expedition to find the treacherous Northwest Passage become trapped in ice near Arctic and face starvation, mutiny, cannibalism and a demonic polar bear.
