Series 2 of ‘The Handmaid’s Tale’ release date revealed

 

The Emmy and Golden Globe winning Dark Drama ‘The Handmaid’s Tale‘ starring Elizabeth Moss is set to hit our screens again this April and Bruce Miller has gave us some hints!

Talking with Entertainment Weekly, Miller revealed season 2 will look at the lives of the refugees.

“The biggest barrier of season two was season one,”.”You sort of intimidate yourself. But at a certain point, you can’t spend all your time second-guessing things. Instead, you just have to remember to try and tell a good story” he told EW.

The Handmaid’s Tale is based on the 1985 novel by Canadian writer Margaret Atwood. Set in the Republic of Gilead, The Handmaid’s Tale follows the journey of the handmaid Offred (real name June) who must not, along with other handmaids, use their real name and must echo the name of their master of who they serve as women right have been removed!
