Horror mastermind James Wan is set to produce a new Mortal Kombat film! I can’t wait.
If you didn’t know, James Wan is the man behind the Conjuring Universe as well as Saw and Insidious.
The New Line Cinema film will begin production this month down under in Australia with Simon McQuoid making his feature directing debut from a script written by Greg Russo.
Todd Garner is also on board to produce the film alongside Wan with Larry Kasanoff, E. Bennett Walsh, Michael Clear and Sean Robins executive producing.
